2. Description of Service

Average Joe's AI LLC provides a cognitive AI infrastructure that automates business workflows. Our modules (e.g., Lucy, Logistics) are tools for data structured collection and artifact generation. We are a technology provider and do not act as a debt collection agency or a logistics carrier ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients using our technology are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right and necessary consents to contact their end-users via WhatsApp. Average Joe's AI LLC is not liable for unauthorized communications initiated by our clients.

4. Limitations of AI

While our UAE is designed for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs are for informational and organizational purposes. Users should verify critical artifacts (such as final legal values or shipping costs) before final execution.

5. Debt Management Module (Lucy)

The Lucy module is a data-collection interface. It is programmed to record payment commitments based on business rules. Lucy does not have the authority to negotiate debt amounts or modify original contracts unless explicitly configured by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Average Joe's AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI services.
